Hello!  Thank you for taking the time to visit my home on the internet.  I'm a professional trumpet player and long time resident of the San Francisco Bay Area.  I have traveled around the world to perform or recorded with many great musicians including Jon Faddis, Louie Bellson, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Pete Escovedo, Sheila E., Fred Berry, the Collective West Jazz Orchestra, Cab Calloway Orchestra, Bray, the Stanford Jazz Orchestra, and the Rudy Salvini Jazz Orchestra.

It's been a long time since my last update. Cool gigs since the last update:

-Played with Gladys Knight at the historic Paramount Theatre in Oakland, CA on February 3rd
-Played on the Rat Pack show through the Christmas Holidays at the Marines Memorial Theatre
-Played the Valentine's Day Super Love Jam at the HP Pavillion in San Jose backing up Peaches & Herb, Roger Zapp, The Floaters, G.Q., Joe Bataan, and others..

I'll be playing trumpet on the west coast's premiere of "Love, Janis" at the Marines Memorial Theatre in San Francisco - its a new musical based on the life of Janis Joplin.  Previews start July 7th, with the official opening and press night on July 16.   We are currently scheduled to run through Labor Day weekend.

I played Francis Ford Coppola's 67th birthday party at his new family owned winery in Sonoma County with the Collective West Jazz Orchestra last night.  A lot of people in attendance with a few celebrity sightings - George Lucas and Kirsten Dunst to name a few.  We had a good time, but the heavy rain put a damper on some of the festivities.

We got word this past weekend that the San Francisco run of "The Tribute to the Rat Pack" show will be closing on April 15 - after a 10 month run that began in July/05.

The Tribute to the Rat Pack show continues.. we are officially booked through the first week of January.

I will be taking a few days off from the Tribute show to head over to Venice, Italy with Sheila E and Pete Escovedo. We will be playing a benefit concert on November 14th in Lido Di Venezia, Italy at the Palazzo Del Cinema

I will be playing trumpet for the Woodminster production of Jesus Christ Superstar on September 2,3,4,8,9,10,and 11. During the JC Superstar run, I will continue playing The Tribute matinee shows.

The calendar has been updated with my most recent gigs. THE TRIBUTE show has been officially designated an "open ended" show - which means we will continue to play 7 shows a week as long as ticket sales are good. The producers hope to continue the show through the new year. As of right now, my schedule has me playing all Saturday night and Sunday matinee shows until the end of the run. However, you might catch me there on other nights subbing on the lead or 2nd trumpet book when needed.

I will be playing trumpet for the San Francisco run of "The Rat Pack Returns in THE TRIBUTE to Frank, Sammy, Dean, and Joey" at the Post Street Theatre. The show is scheduled to run through Labor Day Weekend. Although there are 8 shows a week, I will only be playing Saturday night and the Sunday matinee shows starting on July 15th until the end of the run.

The Tribute tickets are available from Ticketmaster.

Also, I will be playing the Napa County fair on July 4th as the headlining act with Kiss my Brass and will be appearing at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on July 30th with The Houserockers.

I had a recording session on 4/14 for videogame maker 2KSports. I played trumpet on what is going to become the company's main sports theme / splash screen for their 2006 line of games for the Sony Playstation and Microsoft X-Box.
